This usually happens in the case of dismissal for business economic reasons or long-term disability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Conducting defence<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can defend against the dismissal. The UWV may categorise this as culpable unemployment, leaving you with no or temporary entitlement to WW benefits.
