In the event of summary dismissal, wages stop immediately. You will receive no salary after the date of dismissal and usually no transition compensation either. However, you are entitled to payment of outstanding holidays and holiday pay already accrued. Other compensation or bonuses will only be paid if this has been explicitly agreed or is required by law.
